Find Your Download
If you're having trouble finding songs or albums you've downloaded from T25CL Music on your computer, here are some solutions that may help.
T25CL Music for PC and Mac
To find your completed downloads, click My Music in the top menu, then select the Downloaded filter in the left sidebar to view all the music you've downloaded from the app.
Music you download through T25CL Music for PC and Mac is saved by default to an T25CL Music folder on your computer.
For PC computers, this folder is typically stored under My Music, and in the Music folder for Mac computers.
Tip: You can also set an automatic file import location for the T25CL Music app form the Settings menu. Open the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the application window, select Preferences, then choose your preferred folder or location.
If you still can't find your music, you may need to try downloading it again. For detailed instructions, go to Download with T25CL Music for PC and Mac.
Web Browser Downloads
If you downloaded the file(s) through your computer's web browser, try looking in your default "Downloads" folder to make sure the download completed.
Web browsers handle file downloads in different ways, but most feature on-screen prompts or notifications about the status of your downloads, and give you an option to open them once complete. You can also look for a Downloads option in your browser menu.
Note: When you start a download, your browser may ask whether you want to open or save the file. Make sure to select Save—if you select "Open," your browser starts playing the file in your default media player instead of saving it to your computer.
If you still can't find your music, you may need to try downloading it again. For detailed instructions, go to Download Music Through Your Web Browser.
