Guest: Maxine Waters-Willard - Singer extraordinaire and a part of the original Waters Singers

 Maxine is the anchor alto in what has become the nation's most successful vocal group, known as "The Waters". Featured artists in the 2014 Academy Award winner for Best Documentary 20 Feet from Stardom, The Waters can claim to be the most respected and widely heard quartets. They have made their contribution in the music industry by singing on hundreds of gold and platinum albums. The Waters vocal fluency embraces albums and CDs in French, Japanese, Lebanese, Spanish, and Swahili. At one point the group was associated with six of the top ten records on the international charts. The group is very proud to have worked with Michael Jackson on his Thriller album, the biggest selling album in music history. The Waters, individually and as group have distinguished themselves on the road with many of the entertainment industries most notable artists. Maxine and her sister Julia are a part of Neil Diamond's touring band. The Waters are recipients of the 2014 Society Singers Award.
